We collect account details, marketplace activity, listing content, order information, messages, reviews, and support requests needed to operate WeFarmAfrica. Sellers may also provide business names, locations, product images, inventory details, and delivery information.
We use information to create accounts, verify users, publish listings, process carts and orders, connect buyers with sellers, show seller stores, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the marketplace experience.
We share only the information needed to complete marketplace activity, such as seller profile details on listings, buyer delivery details for orders, and messages between trading parties. We do not sell personal information.
We use access controls, hashed passwords, CSRF protection, and session safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep passwords private and report suspicious activity promptly.
